Privacy Notice
Last updated August 3, 2026
This Privacy Notice explains how Grigoryan Capital Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as The Care Royal ("The Care Royal," "we," "us"), collects and uses information when you join our waitlist, submit a questionnaire, or use our platform. By providing your information, you agree to the practices described here.
Grigoryan Capital Group LLC operates more than one product. Each is a separate service with its own account and its own database: we do not combine your personal information across products, and an account with one is not an account with another. This Notice covers The Care Royal only.
Where an agency uses the platform to manage its own client and caregiver records, that agency decides what it collects and why. We process that information on the agency's behalf and under its instructions, and the agency's own privacy notice governs it.
Information we collect
Information you give us — such as your name, email, phone number, location, the care details you share, and, for agencies, business details. We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as device and usage data.
How we use it
To contact you about your request, to operate and improve the platform, to connect families with caregivers or agencies, to send updates you have agreed to receive, and to comply with law. We use the details you provide to prepare for and provide our services.
Communications consent
If you opt in, we may contact you by email, phone, or text message about The Care Royal. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, with a family's chosen agency or caregiver to coordinate care, and as required by law or to protect our rights.
The processors we use today, and what each one handles:
- Google Firebase and Google Cloud — accounts, sign-in, the database and file storage. Your account details, listings, messages and uploads are stored here.
- Cloudflare — hosting, DNS and protection against attacks. It sees the technical details of each request, such as your IP address.
- Google Workspace (Gmail API) — the email we send you, such as confirmations and notifications.
- Stripe — card payments, for agencies on a paid plan. We never receive or store card numbers.
Each of these acts on our instructions under its own contract, and health information is never sent to a third party that is not covered by an agreement permitting it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain uses. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — which we do not do. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us, and — if you asked us to stay in touch — so that we can email you. We do not put an arbitrary clock on it, because there is no honest way to promise a deletion date we do not enforce.
When you delete your account, or ask us to delete your information, we delete it within 30 days. You can do it yourself at any time from Settings → Delete your account; no email or phone call is needed. Backups are overwritten on their own schedule, which can add a short period beyond that.
Two things survive a deletion request because the law requires it, and only in the narrow form the law requires: timesheets and pay records, which wage and hour law says must be kept for four years, and care visit records kept by the agency that provided the care. Both are stripped of contact details and are never used for marketing. Our deletion page lists exactly what goes and what stays.
We take reasonable measures to protect what we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Use of artificial intelligence
Artificial intelligence has been used in building this service, and is used in parts of how it runs — software development, written content on this site, and automated help features. Information produced with the help of AI may be incorrect, incomplete or out of date, and nothing an automated feature produces is professional advice.
On what it is given: care notes, medications, diagnoses and client records are not sent to any third-party AI or translation service. Our support assistant answers from a fixed set of written answers, and requests that look clinical are refused rather than forwarded. Where we translate the public site, clinical text is screened out before anything leaves our servers.
Not medical advice
The Care Royal is a technology platform and is not a healthcare provider. Content on our platform is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care.
