Delete your account

Request deletion

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. No other detail is needed — we match on the sending address.

We confirm within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

If you are signed in, you can also open Settings → Delete account in the app.

What is deleted

• • Your sign-in credentials and authentication record
• • Your name, email address and phone number
• • Your profile, availability and any documents you uploaded
• • Your messages and notification settings

What is kept, and why

Some records cannot be erased on request because the law requires an employer or care provider to keep them:

• • Timesheets and pay records — retained for 4 years, as wage and hour law requires.
• • Care visit records — retained by the agency that employed you, as their own record-keeping obligations require.

These are stripped of your contact details and kept only as the employment record they have to be. They are never used for marketing.

If your agency created your account

Caregivers and family members are usually invited by an agency. Your personal data is still yours and we will delete it on the same terms. The agency keeps its own operational records, which is their obligation as your employer or care provider, not ours.
